I heard of Mozell through my mother who had been going to her for a couple of months for her natural hair. After finally giving up on wearing weaves and braids throughout my pregnancy, I decided to try Mozell. Only 1 problem, my hair is beyond thick and requires a relaxer about every 6 weeks and that was something I didn't care to do while pregnant! Luckily i didnt have to with Mozell, she performed a miracle straightening that left my hair feeling better then any relaxer! Now I am a fan of no relaxers!

Mozell is a magician! I walked into the salon looking a mess. My hair was in the worse shape--split ends, dryness, no shape and lifeless. By the time I left, Mozell had my hair looking like I could be a hair model! Thank You! You are awesome.

Mozell cuts my hair better than any stylist I have been to in Arizona. During your first cut, she determines exactly the way you want your hair to look. As soon as she finishes her masterpiece, she records how you like your hair and what she used to achieve the effect. The next time you come in, she already reviewed her notes and has everything ready to give you the perfect cut again. What I really like is that she spends the extra time at the end of the session making sure that every hair is in place. She is kind, courteous, professional and the price is right! I recommend her to all of my students and fellow professors. Mozell is my stylist for life!!

Mozell is second to none. About 3-4 years ago, I was lucky enough to find her, and from that point on, I need not ever look for another person to cut my hair! Mozell's work consists of the best precision and quality anyone could ever ask for. She takes great pride in her work, and would never let you walk out the door if something just did not quite look right. For these qualities I am grateful, as there is nothing worse than getting a haircut, and finding out hours to a day later that one sideburn is an inch shorter than the other! Mozell has been cutting my hair for almost 4 years. She is the most consistent stylist I have ever been to. Sometimes strangers stop me and tell me my haircut is perfect! She is so friendly and happy at work, she sometimes hums when she works her magic. I noticed more gray hair recently and Mozell suggested we color my hair. I was a little hesitant because I was concerned that the color may come out too dark and people would notice I colored my hair. WOW was the color perfect. Just the right color and NO MORE GRAY!! Mozell is great! I never even think of going to anybody else.

I've been going to Mozell for my bimonthly haircuts for the past year now. She is the BEST! Mozell's friendly attitude and attention to detail, while providing fast service are the reasons why I keep going back. The salon is centrally located in Old Town area too, easily accessible to those that live or work in the area. I was worried that getting a haircut would be a pain when I first moved out here to Scottsdale, but I'm so glad that I found Mozell! Give her a shot, you won't regret it!
